Almond Cream with Toasted Nuts


1 cup heavy cream (40%)
2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. Flavorganics Almond Extract


Chill a metal bowl and the beaters for the mixer. Make certain that the cream is very cold. Whip the cream, sugar and almond extract until soft peaks form. Do not overbeat or the whipped cream will be lumpy. Serve with roasted frit and top with roasted nuts.
