Roasted Fruit with Toasted Nuts and Almond Cream


6 ripe peaches, quartered
6 ripe plums, quartered
1 pint blueberries
1 pint raspberries
1 cup pitted cherries
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 Tbsp. Flavorganics Orange Extract


Preheat over to 450 degrees. Place peaches and plums in a large glass baking dish. Sprinkle orange extract and sugar over peaches and plums. Add berries and cherries. Bake for 20-25 minutes until fruit softens and then broil for five minutes to release the juices from the berries. Cool and service over pound cake with almond cream.
