White Chocolate Peppermint Bark


1 lb. White Dipping Chocolate or White Candy Melts
1/2 cup Candycane pieces
1/2 tsp. Flavorganics Pepermint Extract


Melt the Chocolate over a double boiler, stirring often to make sure the chocolate does not burn.

When chocolate is melted, pour onto a wax paper lined backing sheet.

Sprinkls candy pieces over chocolate and let cool in the refrigerator until hard.

Break into pieces and serve.
